    Student Council

In accordance with the directives of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, a Student Council has been established within the school. The primary aim of this council is to facilitate student involvement in both academic and administrative functions of the institution. The school engages in a variety of activities, including cleanliness drives, sports events, celebrations, inspections, and art festivals. Through participation in these initiatives, students enhance their skills and prepare for future endeavors while fostering their overall development. This process also cultivates a sense of responsibility among the students. The formation of the Student Council typically occurs in July. All students are categorized into four houses—Shivaji, Tagore, Ashok, and Raman—using the ‘Star’ system. Various house-specific days, celebrations, prayer assemblies, and co-curricular activities are organized at the school level, with subsequent preparations for regional and national competitions. Members of the Student Council play a crucial role in maintaining discipline within the school and take pride in being part of the school community. They are entrusted with various responsibilities, including School Captain (Boy/Girl), Vice-Captain (Boy/Girl), Sports Captain (Boy/Girl), and House Prefects.
